#Yes, We Can Network for Persons with Disabilities) in Iraq and the Kurdish region were launched in the city of Sulaymaniyah, as part of , HIWAR Project which is funded by (European Union) and supported by (UPP) in partnership with (UNDP) in coordination with Iraq Government and implemented by the member organizations of the Yes we Can Network , (Al-Thura Handicapped
Association , Judal Organization for Children with Special needs, and Amazah Organization) and with the contribution of (Handicap International) and (Sheyaw) Organization, and this was in the presence of(Minister of Labor and Affairs Social affairs )in the Kurdistan Region Government and a representative of the Directorate NGO Department in the Kurdistan Region and a large number of international and local organizations and representatives of local authorities to discuss issues related to the network. The conference agenda includes many sessions within two days, according to 3 main tracks. The first path includes network policies.
