Within the framework of the implementation of the region’s plan on implementing Article 19 of human rights related to the rights of persons with disabilities and special needs, (Sheyaw org and the Yes We Can Network for Persons with Disabilities) met with organizations of persons with disabilities in Erbil (Zin Association, Small people Association, intellectual Rights Association, visual impairment association hear and speak impairment) and discussed ways of joint action.
