From August 21st to 28th, Sheyaw Organization, in collaboration with Handicap International, held a six-day workshop for organizations for persons with disabilities. The workshop covered topics such as leadership, advocacy, political and legal rights, media briefings, and organizational management. Participants explored concepts of disability, the advocacy process, and leadership. They also acquired skills in organizational management, including finance, HR, logistics, and the MEAL process. Additionally, the workshop highlighted the role of media in enhancing advocacy efforts.
